Hello, my name is Maricar Vidal. I am a certified massage therapist and health educator graduate from National Holistic Institute College of Massage Therapy’s 800 hour program. My interests are in the field of health and wellness, and providing high quality service in massage for clients and athletes of all levels. Before attending NHI, I attended California State University of Fullerton as a nursing major. I have been in nursing for over 10 years now and love it, but chose to embark myself on a different journey when I decided to follow my lifestyle and become a personal trainer with my brothers. Working with my brother and his business, MQV Fitness, sparked my interest in sports massage, soft tissue and manual bodywork therapy to help the body heal. I've always known since nursing that I have a passion to help people and change lives.
I have been athletic all my life and have been actively in the fitness industry for about 12 years now. I have been coached by IFBB pros and have done several mock preps for Muscle Contest shows for body building contests. My active lifestyle includes body building, dancing, hiking, boxing, and more. Personal training and living an active lifestyle myself really has helped give me a true understanding of the anatomy of the body and muscles. Because of my passion for health and fitness, I have been able to develop my own personal style and approach to sports massage and bodywork. I know both the importance of massage therapy and how it can help athletes and clients experiencing pain.
Feel free to give me a call or send a direct message, I would love to have the opportunity to meet with you to discuss how my experience and skills can best serve you and your needs! I look forward to hearing from you.
